Posted on Mon, 24 Oct 2016
Question: I have got severe back pain during last year (2015) in the month of September. I was advised by the doctor to take MRI scan. I was advised by physiotherapist to do few exercises every day in the morning and evening. I was irregular with the exercises in the past one year and getting the back pain more often. Looking forward for your advice and I am worried because of my acute pain. Kindly advise.

Dear Sir,

Thanks Doctor for your immediate response.

I have attached the MRI report and the prescription advised by my doctor whom I have consulted last year.

I am primarily into the desktop job with the computer throughout my day. I have started driving the car only after my back pain and avoided driving the two-wheeler.

I am getting the back pain even irrespective of any posture even while standing, forward bending and sometime while I was lying down also.

Please let me know after having a look at my attached reports and the above response.

With Thanks,
XXXX
