Brief Answer:
Hormonal variations

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

i understand your concerns.

Bleeding for 2 days is absolutely normal as many women do bleed for 2 days only.

Breast congestion and pain is due to hormone called progesterone. It is normal to have some breast pain especially around menses. I don't see any reason to worry about it.

These events are not related to sleeping with a bloke earlier. These events are part of normal hormonal variations.
