Hello dear,

I have gone through your history and understand your concerns. There are so many causes of your symptoms and needs evaluation. So before giving my opinion I wish to ask a few questions from you.
- Are you married or sexually active?
- Are you taking any type of birth control pills or any other medication?
- Where precisely is it hurting (abdominal pain)?
Are you suffering from any other associated symptoms like urinary symptoms and bowel changes?
Are you taking any treatment?
Have you done any investigation?

I have a pituitary gland adenoma so I rarely have periods maybe every three months, I have a boyfriend of three years and we are sexually active, but have been tested and have no stds. I am not taking birth control as of right now. I did have a cyst removed from my left leg about three weeks ago now. It was filled with staff. There are no urinary symptoms or bowl changes I take clonzepam for anxiety. It hurts in my lower left back and my front of my stomach and it's now bloated very much.

Brief Answer:
Menorrhagia can be due to pitutary adenoma.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Sorry for the delay in my response.
Menorrhagia( heavy bleeding) can be due pitutary adenoma because the hormone secreted by adenoma cause ovarian dysfunction which may further cause menorrhagia.
Have you done your prolactin level and thyroid profile?
Are you taking any treatment for it?
Heavy bleeding can be due to other causes like hormonal imbalance, ovarian cyst, fibroid, coagulation disorder and can only be rule out by blood test and ultrasound pelvis.
Left side abdominal pain can be due to so many causes like ovarian cyst, renal stone, stomach problem etc. and can only be confirmed by examination.
Leg leg pain can be due to sciatica or due to previous cyst surgery.
So in my opinion you have to consult a Gynecologist and get your physical and pelvic examination done and blood investigation and ultrasound abdomen to rule out the above mentioned causes.
For heavy bleeding and pain you can take trapic-mf tablet.
Hope found useful.
Good luck.
Regards
