I am not on using any kind of birth control.
I am in a long term relationship.
Ive noticed i have lost some weight in the past few weeks. But i do have a 15 month old , so im thinking it might be because he is keeping me busy.
I have felt what feels to me like movements in my stomach. But could be gas??
I am on the blue inhaler for my asthma ( do not take it daily). No other meds
Have not had any infections.
The back pain is in the lowrr region , straight across.
The pains in my stomach is like a ripping , pulling of my mucles.

Brief Answer:
Hormonal imbalance for sure, pregnancy/breast feeding could be an influence

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.

Thank you so much for that information ma'am.

In my opinion the cause is most probably a hormonal fluctuation. Your recent history of pregnancy, and possibly recently getting off breast feeding or still breast-feeding could cause a hormonal imbalance.

As you must know, breast feeding is considered a natural method of contraception and although not full proof but it can prevent conception. This is because it can affect the hormone production to a certain extent.

Some of the symptoms of a hormonal imbalance are the following:

+Gastric symptoms (e.g. abdominal bloating, increased belching, increased acidity, regurgitation of food, changes in appetite, etc.)
+Acne
+Nausea
+Vomiting
+Menstrual irregularities
+Inter-menstrual bleeding
+Abdominal pain
+Lower back pain
and a few others.

I would not worry too much about your symptoms ma'am, but would either way recommend a visit to your doctor who would check on your hormone levels. As this is lasting for almost 2 months you may need some help with your doctor.

How about your menstrual cycle? Duration, consistency, colour of bleed, regularity, etc? When was the last time you had your period ma'am? Could you write to me with your period dates for the last 6 months?

Any abnormalities could be an added indication to a hormonal imbalance. Please do consult your doctor for the same ma'am, as a few medications can help get your hormone levels to normal and suppress your symptoms completely.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Since when have you not had your period ma'am?

Detailed Answer:
Hi ma'am.

I have not completely ruled out pregnancy, and think it would be wise to rule it out but at a doctors office. A serum (blood) test or an ultrasound would help to better confirm/rule out pregnancy.

+Are you suspecting pregnancy because you have not had your period for the 2 months that you have been experiencing your symptoms or for longer than that?

False-positive home pregnancy tests (HPT) happen all the time. I have come across numerous women who have returned a positive result to HPT's in their 3rd month of pregnancy. So if at all you have not had your period for quite some time, then accurately ruling out pregnancy (only possible at a doctor's office) will be mandatory ma'am.

Best wishes.
