Brief Answer:
This could be due to anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking

Sudden onset feeling like head is racing could be due to severe anxiety. This might progress to panic but there is nothing serious to get worried.

If you have prescription then you can take low dose Xanax or Alprax for relief. This will help to control your symptoms. If symptoms persist then visit your doctor.

Thanks.

Hello,

My spouse is approximately 7 months pregnant as of now and from last couple of days she is complaining lack of sleep and I saw her shivering from few seconds while laying on bed. She consulted her gynecologist and she had advised her to take Alprax 0.5 tablet for 3 days (1 tablet at night). Is this safe and what could be t he root cause behind less sleep and shivering?

Please advice.

Thanks & Regards,
Rishi
