What Causes Severe Anxiety Along With Muscle Pain After An Unprotected Anal Sex?

Question: I had an exposure to hiv unprotected anal sex where I was the receiver. Mo also have a very severe anxiety condition which comes with joint an muscle pain. I have not had any of the typical hiv symptoms like the flu or fever. I have had sores in my mouth an now I am concerned I have sebborheic dermatitis as I found a clump of stuff behind my ear last night. I have terrible skin an have growths all over me an even some on my head which occasionally itch an hurt. The person I had the sex with has had 3-4 tests which have all been negative. Would like to know if you think I may have contracted HIV. I had never done anything like this before is seborrheic dermatitis a symptom of hiv ? I am way to anxious to be tested so everyday I suffer thinking anything new is a symptom can someone please help me

I have gone through the details and can make out your anxiety.

The person is repeatedly negative for HIV almost rules out risk exposure.You were not exposed to HIV.
It is always better to go for HIV tests to allay your fears.
The symptoms are non specific .Seborheic dermatitis is not always associated with HIV.
Allay fears of HIV.Go for rapid test or Elisa for HIV.It is unlikely to come positive.

Do you have any opinion on the sebborheic dermatitis is it common to get something like this 4 months later after the exposure yet I have not had any of the traditional hiv symptoms such as fever or flu? My anxiety is keeping me from being tested. The anxiety is so bad everywhere on my body hurts even the bottom of my feet to the top of my head are you pretty confident I don't have hiv .. Thank you

Most unlikely to have HIV.

As you are not exposed to HIV virus,there is no chance of acquiring HIV.So your tests will come negative.
So better go for HIV antibodies test to allay fears of HIV totally.
Seborrheic dermatitis can occur in individuals without HIV.So do not associate it with HIV.
Consult psychiatrist for management of anxiety

Just kinda worried about the sebborheic dermatitis as I read on the Internet that 85% of the people who have it are hiv positive could this be true ? My stress level is off the chart could stress be playing a part of me possibly having it would that make sense ?
