Brief Answer:
Possible pancreatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Well, most commonly these difficulties are related to gastritis or gerd so it should improve on antiacids, ranitidin or pantoprasole pills. Also, smokig, alcohol, coffee, fried food must be avoided completely. You should have smaller meals but more often. however if there is associated nausea, vomit, fever or increasing back pain you should see doctor since it may indicate pancreatitis. Wish you good health. Regards
