Brief Answer:
Can be physiological or age related

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
This seems to be the period with a slightly decreased blood flow.
Scanty flow can be due to hormonal disturbances or can be age related as a physiological change.
I will suggest you not to worry and observe the pattern of the blood flow for the next two period.
If still less in amount, you should consult an OBGYN specialist for proper examination and investigations and get further treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
