Brief Answer:
eustachian tube is not functioning properly.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam,
The nose and the ear are connected to each other from the inside through a tube called the eustachian tube.
If the tube is malfunctioning then when you blow your nose then a popping sound can be heard in your ear. This ususally happens if the tube is blocked due to infections or allergy.
Follow the instructions of your doctor.
Along with the tablet you can also use decongestant nose drops like otrivin.
Instill 3 drops in each nostril 3 times daily for 6 days and always follow it up with steam inhalation for 10 minutes.
Increase your intake of water and avoid using the airconditioner.
Also continue to pop your ears frequently.
If you still do not feel better in a few more days then see your doctor because you may have developed ear infection.
