Brief Answer:
scabies or xerosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
The investigations are within normal limits.
At your age the most probable cause of itch is senile xerosis, in simple terms dryness of skin due to loss of water.
Another common possibility is scabies an infection by mite.
My advice for you is as follows
1. Take bath in evening and apply 5 % Permethrin cream all over your body and let it be there overnight. In morning take bath again.
2. From next day onwards apply cetaphil dam lotion in morning and dermadew aloe in evening. These are excellent moisturisers to maintain hydration of skin.
3. Continue with atarax in night for 15 days.
This should help you.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Go ahead with treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Eosinophils are raised in any allergic or parasitic infection.
ApoB1 has no relation to itch so please don't bother about that.
Scabies can present in various forms.
It can even present with just itch without any rashes.
I advice you to go ahead with permethrin application and then cetaphil dam daily.
This will help you.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
