-Is there itching too?

thank you for your reply.
The secretion is just like a sweat but has some smell. It feels like itching when that sweat like liquid is there but when I wipe it off it becomes normal. For about 45 day days i am observing this.
I have no history of diabetis.
I was treated for candidiasis, two years ago and never had that trouble again. but intermittent burning sensation lasted for some months and now it is normal.
I have a single partner and recently she had viginal discharge and taken ayurvedic remedy for that. After that candidiasis incident I started using condoms again to have protection. Now also I am using condoms even after having a vasectemy operation done.
My partner has not complained of any itching.
I feel pain on glans of my member intermittently.

I could relate this type of presentation to few of my patients who practice over enthusiastic hygiene of the delicate skin of glans e.g repeated washing with soaps, using either dettol or savlon for cleansing etc thus leading on to an irritant dermatitis which confuses both the patient as well as the clinician, as to what is the real cause?? without realising that the overaggressive hygiene that they practice is itself the cause.
General measures:
-Avoid soaps or body wash to clean the delicate skin of foreskin and glans. Instead you can use just plain water for gentle cleansing.
Specific treatment:
-If I was your treating doctor I would have advised you to apply a mild to moderately potent topical steroid like beclomethasone twice daily for 7 days, preferably in combination with topical antifungal like clotrimazole (e,g Clotrin-B cream OR Eumosone-M cream). Combining antifungal with steroid would make sense because candida can cause superimposed infection over the already irritated skin.
