Question: I am a female who is 42 years old. I recently started sweating right when I get into bed at night, and my pulse rate is staying around 95 to 108. I have had night sweats (on and off) my life starting from age 20. I also have fish-net looking legs and arms? I have had diabetes test, and thyroid test, no issues.

Brief Answer:
Possible Autoimmune skin disease?

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.

I understand your concern.

You possibly seem to have nocturnal hyperhydrosis.

Since, you are free of thyroid and diabetic issues, further evaluation is required.

Fishnet appearance of skin could possibly represent autoimmune skin disease like DLE-discoid lupus.

Hence, I advise you to go for an autoimmune screen panel testing.

Additionally to evaluate the pulse rate variations, I advise you to have a baseline ECG and 2D echo to screen for any heart disease.

Further management is based on test results.

Update me with test results.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
