Brief Answer:
Rhinitis likely allergic. No worries for the nose bleed.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Runny nose with blood on blowing it is normal. Rhinitis causes vessels in nose tortuous and dilated and slight pressure like blowing nose can cause it to bleed and epistaxis. No worries. Just avoid forceful blow, use some decongestants nasal sprays, antihistamine pills and advil and frequently clear / irrigate your nose with warm tepid saline water. Dont pick the nose, dont blow it forcefully and wait and see. Once the rhinitis subsides , the symptoms and blood will subside too.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
