What Causes Roaring Sounds In The Ear?

Question: it is about the roaring sound in the ear and because of this sometimes in order to hear what they said they have to repeat it to you or they must come nera to you or be loud,this feeling is in and out,i went to some doctors to no avail just some test and medicine mostly no change or change for a while then when i am in ac area or in elevator or in the house which is 21st floor became more tens or when i wash my body or wake from bed starts over(mostly when i awake from the bed or when the ac is on)when i am outside after sometime i feel ok,i tried many medicine like actifed,panadol cold and flu,antihestamine and decongestant tablet and nasal spray works little after some time it turns back,is there any test or x-ray that where and what is this issue,it isn't ear drum,when i bend i feel wind rushing when i move my jaw or neck i feel sounds like poping

A audiometry will help in confirming the same. Such a condition is often hard to treat and medicines are frequently ineffective. However, if the results indicate, there are hearing aids with masking sounds that could help you override your problem.

Visit an ENT doctor and get an audiometry done. You can share the reports with me thereafter.
