Brief Answer: Beta HCG injections Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for the query. According to your history as your last menstrual period was 13th February, by March 15th it will be 31 days. According to that your beta HCG levels are within normal levels. Reference: http://americanpregnancy.org/duringpregnancy/hcglevels.html Your progesterone levels are also within normal limits. Reference:http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/003714.htm You repeat the beta HCG levels after 2 days. Depending on the result further management can be planned. As you are having previous two miscarriages, better to go for twice a week beta HCG injections till the completion of first trimester with your doctor's advice. Hope I have answered your query. I will be available to answer followup queries. If you are satisfied with the answer, please give your review at the end of the discussion. Take care.

Brief Answer: Repeat ultrasound after one week Detailed Answer: Hi, Beta hcg levels suggesting the possibility of pregnancy. Though the levels are not doubling, increase is there. Ultrasound may not detect early pregnancy sometimes. That too as you are not sure of lmp, we cannot completely relay on ultrasound findings. Sometimes the only sign that can be seen in early weeks of pregnancy is thickening of endometrium. So, better to go for repeat ultrasound after one week. Meanwhile you can go for hcg injections with your doctor's advice. After one week depending on ultrasound findings and beta hcg levels you can come to one conclusion regarding pregnancy. Take care.
