Brief Answer:
There is no cause for concern

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
First and foremost let me reassure you there is no cause for concern.

ESR or Erythrocyte sedimentation rate is a non specific marker. Rise in ESR without any clinical symptoms or evidence of infection is not significant.
Drop in Hemoglobin level may also marginally increase ESR. As your ten year old is maintaining good health, there is absolutely no cause to be worried about it. If her appetite is good there is no cause for concern.

I hope it helped.
