Brief Answer:
seems to be aspirin

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having ringing sensation in ears. Based on the details provided it appears to be due to aspirin (blood thinner used after angioplasty) or age related hearing loss (ringing sensation is common in hearing loss).

That being said, we require a detailed clinical examination and evaluation to arrive at the cause. Therefore I also recommend you consult ENT surgeon, give detailed history (medications-aspirin, clopidogrel), ent examination, audiometry (to know degree and type of hearing loss).

It's inevitable, you have to take these medication (aspirin) for life time, to maintain good working heart status. Discuss with your treating cardiologist for altering the strength of medications and getting an ENT referral.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
