Brief Answer:
May be due to a sensoneural hearing loss

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query; it suggest that you may be suffering from the sensorineural hearing loss with cervical spondylitis and it may be the cause of your ringing in the ears.
To rule out other cause you may go for
1. Blood pressure examination.
2. Blood sugar examination.
3. Pure tone audiometry.
4. Impedance Audiometry and
5. X ray cervical spine.

Thanks
