What Causes Rigors And Chills With Nausea?
Question: my wife has been shaking for the past 60 minutes and has been experiencing hot and cold chills. In addition, she is having nausea.

I read your question and i understand your concern. Rigors and chills with nausea for laat 60 minutes is acute infection. Acute gastroenteritis aka stomach flu, urinary tract infection etc can cause it. Use of lorazepam i suppose is for anxiety as that can cause shaking and chills too.
No worries just take her to ER and they will supportively care the symptoms.
