Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking HCM.

I have read your symptoms and together we will find a solution.

Brief answer: gallstone, pancreatitis

Detailed answer:

One of the main reasons for a patient to have the symptoms that you have is presence os stones in the gallbladder. When this stone blocks the bile duct it gives you pain.

Also, pancreatitis is an option here, when sludge or small stones pass through the common bile duct.

You should do an ultrasound of your abdomen to check for gallstones, the echo-structure of the liver and pancreas and do some blood tests to confirm the diagnosis. Liver enzymes, bilirubin, pancreatic enzymes.

Meanwhile try to avoid products that contain fat. Eat fresh vegetables and fruits.

If you have any other question, don"t hesitate to contact me.

Wishing you good health .
