After few days taking the medicine it was clear , but still only one point I feel the pain like when any muscular has been tender just like that. Even feeling sling pain during caugh and when want to move left side then feeling cramp on that perticular point at that rib.
previously it was whole rib ( last rib) now it is in a single point.

could you please let me know is it any serious symptoms .

What I will do .

*** I have not take any pain killer due to pain or any medicine to stop that pain because it was not like that

Brief Answer:
looks like gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi Zis,

Welcome again to HealthcareMagic.

Pain in upper abdomen, which increses on moving left and with history of black stools points towards gastritis.

I would suggest you try proton pump inhibitor tablet like pantaprazole or omeprazole on empty stomach. Start with twice daily for two weeks then you may reduce to once daily in the morning. I will consider other causes if PPI doesn't work.

Continue your full course of antibiotics.

And avoid tea, coffee, soda drinks, and spicy food as they will increase the gastritis.

Hope i have been helpful.

Please consider few points.
1. Pain mostly I feel extrem right side last rib cartilage. Even when I am in AC it is tender and feel pain. Whenever move out from AC it's decrease.
But never feel relief normally. Whenever I push that point ( cartilage ) I feel pain.
Feeling better when I use hot water bag at that rib .

2. Still stools comming with excessive mucus and color is slight black. Dr. told me it look like amibiatic.

Previously I was surfer same cartilage pain right side chest on 4th rib .

Could you please suggest me what I will do now.

My USG report is normal , Bllod Test ( TC DC ESR ) , LFT all are norlal (excepet proteen level 5.8 )

I am not feeling normal due to my current pain. And let me know which medicine I will take for to avoid cartilage pain.

Brief Answer:
its mostly amebiasis only

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Still black stools means bleeding is still there.

And excessive mucous in stools points towards dysentery (maybe amoebic as the pain is in right upper abdomen, also as you doctor said).

So i guess that this may not be cartilage pain, it may be recurrent amebiasis.

You i my opinion you need a stool test for it.

For the pain you can take any painkiller like NSAIDs.

Continue your amebiasis medicines. By the way what are you taking?
