Brief Answer:
You are likely to be having osteoarthritis of hip and lumbar spondylosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Your pain is likely to be due to osteoarthritis of hip joint because as MRI of hip shows it. Its treatment is glucosamine. Analgesic such as ibuprofen is useful for pain relief as it is common in your age.
Second possibility is lumbar spondylosis with neuropathy. It can be confirmed by MRI of lumbar spine. Again treatment is glucosamine. Analgesic such as ibuprofen is useful for pain relief. Mecobalamin is helpful in neuropathy.
With these symptoms I doesn't think whole body scan will be conclusive. Lets wait for results.
You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
