Brief Answer:
It looks like a musculoskeletal pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

The pain you have experienced isn't typical for heart problems. It looks like a musculoskeletal pain. You shouldn't worry about that.

In case that the pain repeats again and if you were my patient I would recommend to do:
- Blood work
- Head and neck X ray
- ECG
- chest x ray
This examinations will be of great help to find out the right diagnosis.

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!

thank you, that put me at ease. I had that issue about a year ago, pain was much worse & then went away about 30 minutes later, this time it didn't last but a few minutes. It seemed to go away right after the aspirin.
I have had x-rays & an mri on my neck & left shoulder because I have a pinched nerve.
Turns out it is Cervical Spinal Stenosis, could that be part of the problem?
I am going to have an injection next week to reduce the discomfort of the pinched nerve.
I am also going to have a complete blood work done on monday
Let me know your thoughts on this.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Your problems are caused by cervical spinal stenosis...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Your problems are caused by cervical spinal stenosis (which is one of the many causes of musculoskeletal disorders). Aspirin and other anti inflammatory agents (Advil, Piroxicam etc) and cortisone injection are very effective on easing your pain.
