Brief Answer:
Can be angina also.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for query.
Right sided chest pain in a 50 year old person can be suggestive of coronary artery disease.
Our heart is supplied by three major blood vessels called coronaries. A blockage in any one of them or their branches can cause decreased blood supply to a particular area of heart hence causing angina(cardiac pain).
In case you are a smoker or have family history of cardiac ailment then chances of it being cardiac are even more.
Initially i would recommend you to go for tests named-
2d echo - Any motion abnormality in heart would be noticed.
Stress test-Cardiac ischemia could be captured on ecg during exertion or resting phase.

If both these tests are normal then we could think of other possible causes like Gastritis or reflux disorder(you have not mentioned any history of heartburn, gas, acid problem etc) so most likely its not your case.

Strong recommendations-
Go for basic tests of cardiology initially.

Why are you taking Bayer 325mg.Stop it just take baby aspirin 81mg once daily till tests are done.High doses of aspirin can precipitate gastritis.

Follow up with reports of investigations.

Thanks.
