Right side chest pain can be from many causes ranging from heart conditions, lung conditions, ribs, etc.
If you can describe the nature of your pain I will be better able to help. You can tell, how severe is the pain, what brings on the pain, does it get worse on touching, does it get worse on deep breathing, do you have any other conditions apart from high BP etc.
I would also suggest that you get an ECG to rule out heart conditions.
