Question: hi i have very less facial hair growth and i am 32 i know it heredity issue , can you please help

Yes less facial hair is basically hereditary in nature.
Still you can try using minoxidil 5 percent lotion on the affected areas of the face. The dose is 1 ml twice daily.
I also recommend my patients to take hair supplements like tablet keraglo men or tablet follihair once daily.
You need to continue these medicines for atleast 3-4 months to see any response.

Can i get below medicines with out doctor prescription in general medical store ?

minoxidil 5 percent lotion --- Do i need to apply externally ?

keraglo men or tablet follihair tablets one per day right

Minoxidil lotion has to be externally over the scalp.
Take either follihair tablet or keraglo tablet once daily.

My problem is not with hair on my scalp. I have less facial hair (beard and moustache) do I have to apply on my face ?

Sorry, it was a typing mistake.
You have to apply minoxidil lotion on the beard and moustache area twice daily.
It doesn't have much side effects apart from irritation, dryness and redness in few persons.
