It could be either a yeast infection or it could be a irritant/ allergic contact dermatitis to soap etc

How long since you have noticed this redness? Are you sexually active? If yes, when was you last sexual contact and do you use a condom? Can you upload an image of the affected area so that I can get an idea about your concern? You may upload image in "Reports Section"
