Question: My 19 day baby has developed redness on her bums. Can i use powder after her potty wash to keep the area clean?

Hi.... please do not use powder, instead you can you Siloderm ointment in that region after washing. You can use Siloderm ointment 3 times a day for 5 to 7 days until the rash is healed completely.
