Well,certain degree of redness after sex is normal due to irritation and this should subside after 12 hours. If not,then it could indicate some infections,such as fungal or viral balanitis,or std. I suggest to put chammomile compress on it for 20 minutes and have shower in warm water. If redness persist,you should apply nistatine or candid cream and do std testing.wish you good health. Regards
