Brief Answer:
Not clear images, but a few suggestions for you to follow

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.

Unfortunately the image attached is very hazy and unclear, which does not really help me with a proper diagnosis, but here are my instructions:

+Cold application for 2 days
+Warm application for the next 7 days
+Rest to the knee region
+Avoid strenuous exercises or physical activities to the affected region
+Avoid contact with hot or cold objects or extreme temperatures
+It appears as though you have varicosity of veins, and so I would avoid standing for long durations of time which can further aggravate the veins and the condition of the leg
+Avoid tight fitted clothes
+Apply a cold cream over the region
+Stay well hydrated

For now this should suffice, and the affected region should gradually subside; but if it does not start regressing within 5-7 days then please write back to me and also attach a more clear image for my assessment. I wish you a speedy recovery and nothing but good health ahead.

Best wishes.
