Brief Answer:
Please, upload an image for review!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these bumps that you have reported. I have reviewed this information and the best way to help would be by inspecting an image of these lesions. I will suggest that you kindly upload an image for review. This way, I can provide a personalized and helpful response to you as opposed to a generic one that might not prove helpful. Nothing replaces seeing a rash for inspection and assessment.

To upload an image, simply click on the link to upload a file and follow the instructions. If this proves difficult, please send the image by mail to YYYY@YYYY and request that the image should be uploaded to your query.

I do promise to get back to you with more insights and helpful recommendations as soon as the requested information gets here.

Brief Answer:
looks like spontaneous bleeds underneath the skin!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the images.

I have reviewed them and this is typical of minor bleeds underneath the skin. This might happen when the footwear is not adapted: Tight fitting shoes, heels, compressive stockings, etc. This results in minor bleeds that will disappear in 7-10days when the blood is fully reabsorbed. I will suggest that you evaluate these to see if they are in line with what you have experienced.

Other possible causes are persons on drug thinners and you seem not to be on any. Let me know if my hypothesis applies in your case. There are no other immediate possible causes following the information that you have provided at this time. At this time, there is nothing to panic about and nothing specific beyond the above listed possible causes to be carefully examined.

I wish you well. feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Perhaps it is that. I noticed dark discoloration also along the outside of the foot. My husband had something similar at one time but no spots. His turned out to be poor circulation. I do not know that that is the case with my feet.

Thank you.
