Brief Answer:
Possibility of bacterial skin infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us.

I have reviewed the images.

I can see inflammed lesions clustered together in these images.

This is most likely a bacterial skin infection. Palpable draining node behind ear is a result of the infection falling in its draining zone.

I suggest you apply an OTC topical antibacterial e.g 2% mupirocin ointment, twice daily.

I will also suggest an oral antibiotic e.g either Amoxycillin Or Cephalexin for a week.

Oral antibiotics are prescription drugs therefore I suggest that you talk to your doctor for the needful.

Brief Answer:
I suggest oral and topical antibacterial

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

You may apply an OTC topical antibacterial, twice daily for 3-5 days.

The frequency of oral antibiotics is usually twice or thrice daily.
However, oral antibiotics should only be taken after a proper physical examination and confirmation of suggested diagnosis and thereafter a prescription regarding the same from a local doctor.

Kindly go through the disclaimer at the bottom of this page.
