What Causes Red Spots In Stool?

Question: Is the attached picture a normal stool color or is it too light? Note that the red is a red pepper that I ate last night and not blood.

It is a normal colour stool ,not light stool.
Usually the color of the stool is strongly depended from bowel movements.
So in cases of constipation colour stool is more darker and in loose stool is light coulour.
There is nothing to be worried.
