What Causes Red Rashes On The Arms?

Question: Hi, i recently went to a strip club and long story short the stripper grinded on my arm. she was wet abit. im panicing at the moment because i have the red rash type thing on the arm. can u tell me what this might be. i had no open wounds or cuts on the arm.

Usually STI that could be transmitted in this way are syphilis and HSV but in your case I think maybe is because of the friction.

Hi, thank you for replying back so quick. im just worried that it can be herpes. Im scared at the moment to touch that arm and touch any part of my body, incase it can spread.

I have seen the picture carefully but I cannot define if there are vesicles.
So, if there are vesicles you should do a swab test for HSV2 or HSV2 IgG in blood.
