What Causes Red Marks On The Skin?
Question: I have comcerns about huge red marks, similar to burning or when skin go completly dry. It showed up yesterday around the pimple, I haven't applied anything
keep the area clean, dry

plenty of liquids
wear clean, cotton clothes
avoid direct exposure to sun

Please see attached. It happened to me yesterday, i assumed i picked pimple so hard that may affected blood vessels. Because I havent used anything of lotions on that area. Also, my whole facial skin is normal except this part on my forehead

I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be inflammation due to picking of the pimple.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply a topical antibiotic and steroid combination like neosporin ointment and cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 5-7 days,
This will help in resolving it.
