Thank you for your quick response. Just some added information. I don't have any open lesions it is just areas of color. The top of the foot is normal color. There is a slight thin band around my ankle the color is on the sides of my foot. the left side has brown patches and seem to be getting lighter in color. The right side of my foot is a reddish color around my ankle bone down to the soul of the foot and up around 4-5 inches toward the knee. Have had trouble with skin rashes above the ankle at times but has always gone away.
The foot feels fine. My blood work is good and my diabetes is well under control and blood pressure is good. Everything gets checked every 3 months. The coloration has been there for about seven months.
