i have a red bump on the foreskin it doesnt itch or pain is litte red and clear never break it has been 3 month, could it be HPV? and if it is can HPV be cure, I heard from my friends they said is poissble.

I saw the pic.
It is not HPV.
It could be a simple sebaceous cyst or infection of small hair follicle in that area.
Actually, it is not on foreskin.It is over shaft .
I would prescribe Antibiotic like Clindamycin along with anti inflammatory tablet to my patients with similar complaints. Please consult your treating doctor for the same.
