What Causes Red Bumps Around Urethra After Sexual Activity?
Question: Doctors please my problems
Swollen meatus, leaking after, redness spot, brown bumps and patches, no sore or pain discoloration, just sensitive sometime
These happned a week after Ive receieved oral sex:(
It been almost 4 months my penis used to be smooth and nothing on like this :(
What treatment should I do?
Ive see many drs and specailists but seems no one could help me:(

I read your question and i understand your concern. Swollen meatus, leaking after wards, red spots. bumps and patches with out any soreness or discoloration just sensitive after oral coitus is likely inflammation of urethra also called urethritis with out with out urinary tract infection.
Friction like oral coitus or even masturbation can lead to these bumps as well. Avoid any intimacy for a while, use topical hydrocortisone gel and get a urine routine exam and if that shows any bacterial activity like pus cells etc then you may need antibiotic. Right now, abstinence, good hygiene and topical hydrocortisones would do the job.
