Brief Answer:
Livedo reticularis

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam!

Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

I understand your concern. This honeycomb pattern can be due to livedo reticularis.

It can be a normal condition that is simply more obvious when a person is exposed to the cold. It can also be an indicator of impaired circulation It can be due to blood diseases, autoimmune diseases, heart diseases, cancers, and endocrine disorders. It can usually be diagnosed by biopsy.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.

So,I would suggest you to see a physician and get it evaluated.

hope this helps.Feel free to ask more.
