Brief Answer:
Possibly Tinea Versicolor

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms,

The spreading patches of variable colour found in the back and folds of body suggest the diagnosis of Tinea Versicolor.

Tinea versicolor is a fungal infection of the skin. It's also called pityriasis versicolor and is caused by a type of yeast that naturally lives on your skin. When the yeast grows out of control, the skin disease, which appears as a rash, is the result.

Treatment will involve topical application of antifungal as well as orally administered antifungal.

!. Topical application of Clotimazole based cream or lotion which is available over the counter
2. Oral antifungal: Flucanazole 150 mg once a week for four weeks.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take Care
