Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I carefully passed through your question and would explain that your symptoms could be related to inflammation or thyroid dysfunction (related to Hashimoto).

There is nothing to worry about, because it doesn't seem to be any serious cause underlying your symptomatology.

I would recommend consulting with your attending physician and performing some tests:

- a thyroid hormone levels
- an ultrasound of the thyroid gland
- complete blood count for anemia
- inflammation tests (PCR, sedimentation rate)
- blood electrolytes

You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.

If all the above tests result normal, you should consider anxiety as the main cause of this symptomatology.

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
