Brief Answer:
Exact cause should be ascertained

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Recurrent urinary tract infection is found in diabetes mellitus, some congenital anomaly in the urinary tract infection or stones in the urinary tract.
I will suggest you to get your fasting and post prandial blood sugar levels tested, get a CT scan done to rule out any anomaly in the urinary tract and stones, so that a confirmed diagnosis is made and treatment is done accordingly.
You should drink plenty of fluids, to minimise and prevent infection, especially while travelling.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
