Hi Doctor, I have attached all test reports & Scan copies here. Also would like to add on in her 3rd pregnancy doctor had advised her to take aspirin 75 mg additionally . Now the doctors is advising her to take low molecular heparin injections when she conceives next but we are skeptical about these injections

Hi Doctor, i have just reattached all the reports. Please go through & let me know.

Brief Answer:
PGS or PGD should be done. IVF is best option.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,

Thanks for attaching all reports. I have reviewed them.

Followings are my comments:

1) All reports are almost NORMAL and I can suggest you to proceed Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) or In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) without wasting further time. It will be more worthwhile in this case.

2) Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD) or Preimplantation Genetic Screening (PGS) can be done before transferring embryo to the uterus if IVF is opted.

They can detect certain genetic disease and screen for normal chromosome of the embryo. Some center may test eggs for chromosomal abnormalities before they are used to create embryos.

3) LMWH injection is given in selective cases only and it is NOT used if PGS or PGD is done. Kindly, consult with infertility specialist for next management.

Hope, I have answered your query. Wish your good health and take care.
