Brief Answer:
Inflammatory bowel disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Pain abdomen lasting for 10 years followed by a rectal bleeding could mean that you might be having inflammatory bowel disease. I strongly suggest you to do the following

1. Approach a gastroenterologist for a colonoscopy and a biopsy of the colon as soon as possible, without further delay
2. Avoid constipation and straining. Follow a high fiber diet with full of vegetables and fruits
3. Avoid milk and milk products
4. Avoid smoking and alcohol.

It is a serious issue which needs to be addressed and treatment needs to be started immediately.
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
Regards
