Brief Answer:
seems to be laryngitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having raspy voice with difficulty in swallowing and respiration. I would like to ask you few more details.

Is there any cough or breathlessness ?
Since how long, you are on inhalers ?

Based on your clinical details, it appears to be laryngitis secondary to chronic cough or pronged usage of inhalers. I suggest these measures to overcome your health issues.
1. Absolute voice rest, steam inhalation and salt water gargling.
2. Stop smoking (if you are with this habit), chilled products (curd/ice creams).
3. Make a habit of gargling with simple water after the usage of inhaler.

If possible, you need ent consultation, laryngoscopy (to see deeper parts of throat and voice box voice box abnormality) and x-ray chest (to rule out infection). Other specific treatment can be started as per the findings.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
