What causes rashes on the chest?

My head feels warm and feels itchy as does my chest and back, I do have a rash on my chest and back and all symptoms go a way in less than fifteen minutes.

What you are describing seems like an allergic reaction.

See if you can notice anything that you are exposed that might cause this.
If you are not able to avoid the trigger then you can do the allergy tests and so find out which is the cause.

Meanwhile, if the problem lasts more you may take an antihistamine like Loratadine 10mg, Benadryl or other.
