Brief Answer:
You will need to have blood work performed and skin checked by a physician

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM. What therapy did you have 4 years ago for your breast cancer, did you have chemotherapy?, have you been more fatigued recently?, have you lost weight?, did you have breast augmentation surgery?, and did your prior breast cancer involve the breast you have problems with, please note that any answer yes to any of the questions I have asked will prompt an evaluation by a doctor. Even if the breast cancer was in the opposite breast, we know that it can occur in the contralateral breast. I worry that the cyclic evening fevers have something to do with your prior diagnosis and or low blood counts. The only was to know is to have you blood work checked. I hope this gives you some guidance. Good luck.

My right breast nipple is turning white. I do have some pain with it. There is no discharge. My mammogram came back negative. My PCP did a breast exam and she found nothing. She wants me to see a surgeon to double check me and make sure there is no cancer.

In my right breast on my areola, one of the lumps there on the right of my nipple leaks a thin black liquid when i apply gentle pressure to it. I have naturally lumpy breasts according to my doctor and there is no pain to accompany this. It never comes out on its own, only when i squeeze it (gently). All other lumps/ducts (not sure what they are called) either don t really have any liquid when squeezed or its clear. Is this a serious problem? im also on the contraceptive implant. I remember that since a young age this particular duct in question has always had liquid in when squeezed but i cant remember the colours it s been. help?
