Brief Answer:
Needs examination

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

The rash in between the labia in this picture could be genital warts, contact dermatitis due to constant irritation by soap/pantyliners/nylon underwear or could be some precancerous lesion. If it is associated with itching or irritation, it is likely to be infectious or allergic.

I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated (biopsy or excision if required) and get treated accordingly.

Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
Regards,
Dr Deepti Verma.
