The rash has been there maybe 2 weeks I used hydrocortisone desitin gold bond and I bought tinactin yesterday...which one should I stick with or should I just go to the doctor

You did not upload any pictures ?! If it is jock itch tinactin is the best option. Use it for three weeks. If it is intertrigo a mix of tinactin and hydrocortisone for two weeks will be beneficial. It is always safer to try plain antifungal cream like tinactin in case of doubt. Consulting a doctor will be the best solution.
