Brief Answer:
most likely unrelated complaints....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Apologies for the late reply... But it's not very clear what your concerns are.

From what I understand you were at the ER probably for chest pain and EKG showed inverted T wave and sinus Tachycardia. You had low blood pressure. I hope you are better now.

You also have symptoms of rashes and macules (?colour) that don't trouble you and now developed migraine headaches. Incidentally your boyfriend also has similar complaints.

Based on these information my comments are:
1. All these symptoms are most likely unrelated to each other. They don't point towards a single medical condition.
2. I don't think these symptoms or the syndrome is related to sexual intercourse.
3. Computer generated EKG report are not always accurate. Therefore if EKG report that you mentioned is not discussed with a doctor, please consider it.
4. The rash and macules have plenty of causes. If you can elaborate it further - size, colour, number, location and so on, it would be better. I would also appreciate if you can send few pictures of the affected areas.

If your concerns are more specific, please post them here. We can discuss individually and more elaborately.

Regards
